Export and Delete Your Data
You can download your data and delete your account yourself on the Profile page, which you open from your account menu.
Export your data
Click Download my data under Export your data. You get one JSON file with:
- your account and profile, the email address you sign in with, and your sign-in providers,
- your email preferences, including when you opted in or out,
- your workspaces and your subscription history,
- feedback you sent us,
- the versions of our Terms of Service you accepted, with when and how you accepted them,
- the terms change notices we sent you, with their deadline and the time of any objection,
- the contract emails we sent you, such as plan confirmations,
- for each collection, including collections you deleted in the last 30 days:
- its settings and search configuration, without API keys or other secrets,
- its sync history and weekly digest settings and send log,
- the list of synced posts and pages (title, URL, tags),
- its search analytics: daily searches per query, clicks per result, clicks per tag, and daily sessions by country, device type and browser.
The file doesn't contain the full content of your posts, which stays in your Ghost blog, or your invoices, which you can download in the Polar customer portal.
Delete your account
- If you have a paid plan, cancel it first using the Subscription & Billing link in your account menu. You can delete your account right after cancelling. Deleting the account ends the plan immediately, and the rest of the paid period is not refunded.
- On the Profile page, click Delete account.
- Type the email address you sign in with and click Delete my account.
What is deleted, and when

If one of our providers is temporarily unavailable, we retry automatically. The deletion completes within 30 days at the latest.
Remove the Vellumine integration in Ghost
Vellumine can't remove the custom integration you created in Ghost for the Admin API key. After deleting your account, open Settings → Integrations in Ghost Admin and delete it.
Requests by email
You can also send export or deletion requests by email to the privacy contact in our Privacy Policy. For an export, we may ask you to sign in to confirm that the account is yours.
